M&E Associates of Miami, Inc. provides full or partial management services.  We provide financial reporting by experienced personnel and administrative assistance.

Administrative

ü  Licensed Property Managers

ü  Attendance at Board Meetings

ü  Implementation and enforcement of board policies

ü  Regular property inspections

ü  Issuing of notices and newsletters

ü  Enforcement of rules and regulations

ü  Coordination with Association Attorney for the preparation of Association Annual Meeting notices and packages

ü  Preparation of Association Operating Budget for board approval

ü  Preparation and review of all proposals and specification for contract services

ü  Negotiation with service contractors including supervision

ü  Secretary Services

ü  Emergency service 24 hours; 7 days a week

ü  Roster and printing of sign-in register               

Accounting Services

Financial

Full financial services, prepared by Accountants, including but not limited to:

ü  Balance Sheet, General Ledger, Cash Disbursements, Cash Receipts, and Delinquency Report

ü  Bank Reconciliations

ü  Collaboration with Association Certified Public Accountants for year-end tax filing.

Accounts Receivable

ü  Application of maintenance assessment

ü  Deposit of funds to appropriate bank accounts(s)

ü  Collection of delinquent accounts

ü  Collaboration with Association Attorney to collect delinquent accounts

ü  Charge miscellaneous cost to homeowners accounts
