Founded in November of 2002 by Marilyn Caballero, President and Ernesto Abreu, Vice President. Opening the doors with just 2 communities and one employee in a small 950 Sq. Ft. office in the well known Tamiami Airport area. A year later growing to 10 communities and 4 employees. Pursuing a vision of serving communities expectations not being met, M&E dedicated themselves to growing into a well known customer service oriented company and successfully grew to 40 communities and 21 employees. Throughout the years as the team grew they found themselves needing more space and moved to a 2,950 Sq. Ft. office in the Bird Road area.

M&E Associates of Miami, Inc. developed numerous relationships with owners, developers, vendors, and many more. A family oriented business that doesnt treat its employees like nothing less than family. Over the years they developed relationships with vendors that serve as a strong basis for their customer service and timely completion of projects. Never allowing a client to be just a client, M&E is the first one out on the field and the last one in from the field, Never leaving a site without meeting all expectations of who they serve proudly their "Communities"!
