Born in Bronx, New York, Marilyn was born a perfectionist and she knew she would have her own company growing up.  She was raised in a business oriented family with both of her parents owning successful businesses.  By 1981, she was enrolled in Florida International University (FIU), and being a single mother did not stop her from pushing through the four hard years, graduating at the top of her class. She worked to gain the experience she would need to fulfill her lifelong desire to be an entrepreneur. 

Ms. Caballero has now fulfilled her dream and is a successful business woman and a mother to four children who are following on her footsteps.  Her eldest graduated FIU in 2004 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.  Her second has joined the M & E Team as a Property Manager.  The only boy graduated high school in 2009 and is going to Miami Dade Community College.  And finally, her youngest is on the Principal's Honor Roll and is a Member of the National Honor Society at Coral Reef High School where she is in the Legal Department's Magnet program.

Strong, Determined, Ambitious and more, Ms. Caballero is only looking forward to what the future holds for her, her family and her company!
